great stay but minor issues

The breakfast offered a fantastic selection that made mornings quite enjoyable. I found the free snacks in the common area pleasantly surprising. The staff were truly accommodating and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay.

The comforters could be a bit larger for added coziness.

Staying here was a flavor adventure! The local sandwiches from Shiloh Bakery and Shiloh Steak House had my taste buds dancing! Plus, the room was clean and cozy, making me feel right at home.

Great stay near the park!

We stayed for a night and loved how easy it was to get to Mesa Verde. The staff was super welcoming, even when we rolled in late. Our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was perfect. Just wish there were more options in the dining area!

Check-in had a few bumps, as multiple guests mentioned confusion with reservations, especially with third-party bookings that left some scrambling for their rooms. Noise can be an issue. if you're unlucky with rowdy neighbors, it might disrupt your peace. The breakfast area was cramped during peak hours, making it a challenge to find seating when the hotel is busy. While the decor was appealing, the layout of the room raised some usability questions, especially with the bathroom sliding door, which doesn't offer much privacy and can be awkward when sharing the space. Also, I found the TV placement odd. it's better suited for a different room layout.
